Hey Reader, This story is about Mr. Rajeev, and why I had to make one of the hardest decisions in my mentorship journey. Mr. Rajeev joined my Mentorship program with big plans around 2021. We identified perfect high-ticket products for him. Good margins, less competition, real potential. But then something strange happened. Mr. Rajeev thought that finding the right product was all he needed. That my research would automatically make him successful. He didn't bother going through the course content I shared. Didn't watch the listing optimization videos. Skipped the PPC training. When I told him to invest in professional graphics and photos, he said "I'll do it later." When I suggested getting initial reviews to build credibility, he replied "Can't you handle that for me?" When his listing needed optimization, he expected me do everything for him. Basically, Mr. Rajeev wanted success without putting in any work. Months passed. His products barely moved. Sales were terrible. But instead of taking responsibility, he started blaming the products. "These don't work," he complained. While my others students were succeeding who were more responsible and giving there 100% efforts. The problem wasn't the products. It was his mindset. Mr. Rajeev believed that paying for mentorship meant someone else would build his business for him. That's not how success works. I can give you the roadmap, but you have to walk the path. Eventually, I helped him clear out inventory so he don’t lose his money but made the tough decision to remove him from the program. Was it hard? Yes. But it was necessary. I realized it was my mistake for accepting someone with this mindset in the first place. Today, I'm take very limited individuals for my mentorship. I only work with people who understand that success requires their own effort. People who are willing to learn, implement, and take action. Not people who want me to run their business for them. Mr. Rajeev taught me an important lesson: You can't help someone who won't help themselves. No matter how good your guidance is, if the student won't do the work, failure is guaranteed. Hey Reader, Don't burn your money on ads thinking they'll magically grow your sales. This is the biggest mistake most Amazon sellers make — they keep running ads but ignore their listing completely. The truth is, ads only bring traffic, but your listing converts it into sales. If your listing is weak, every rupee you spend on ads goes straight to waste. If your title isn't optimized, bullet points aren't convincing, or backend keywords are missing — customers will visit and leave instantly....
Hey Reader, If you're still making these 3 mistakes, stop dreaming about scaling your business! No one can save your business from collapsing if you keep repeating them. If I had to start an Amazon business from scratch and grow it to 100 crore in annual returns fast, I would definitely avoid these 3 mistakes. 1. First, never deal in petty products from the very beginning Low-ticket, low-margin, and high-competition products are a complete waste of time. You'll spend months working hard only...
Hey Reader, Importing from China can completely mess up your life. Most people think finding a cheap importer means everything is sorted—but that's where their problems begin. Only work with importers who guarantee these 3 things: 1. Access to live photos and videos during production Catalogs always look perfect, but the real product can be totally different. Demand live factory videos showing your actual order being produced and packed. Photos can be old stock or someone else's products....
