Hey Reader, I get this question all the time: "Why aren't you expanding beyond Amazon when other marketplaces offer huge opportunities too?" I agree the opportunities exist. But here's my reality - I've barely scratched 5% of Amazon's surface. How can I divide my focus so early? This may sound boring, but it's the truth. Amazon's market is massive, particularly with high-ticket products where only a few serious sellers exist with genuine demand. Instead of spreading myself thin across multiple platforms, I'm scaling globally on Amazon with full force. And you should consider doing the same if you want to build a big business. Here's why Amazon-first makes sense: The learning curve is steep enough on one platform. Mastering Amazon's algorithm, PPC, inventory management, and global expansion takes good time. Adding Flipkart, Meesho, or international marketplaces means starting from zero on each platform. Different rules, different algorithms, different customer behaviors. Your attention gets divided. Your results get mediocre across all platforms instead of dominant on one. Amazon's global reach means infinite scalability. Once you crack the system in India, you can replicate in US, UK, Germany, Japan, UAE, etc using the same framework. Building a brand seems fancy seeing so many startups around. But if you want profitable business from day one, Amazon is the way. Other marketplaces require brand building, customer acquisition, and marketing budgets before seeing returns. Amazon gives you immediate access to ready-to-buy customers without upfront brand investment. Master one platform completely before jumping to the next. Depth beats width in business building. When I've fully maximized Amazon's potential, then I'll consider other platforms. But that day is still years away. See you then. Happy building! Hey Reader, Don't burn your money on ads thinking they'll magically grow your sales. This is the biggest mistake most Amazon sellers make — they keep running ads but ignore their listing completely. The truth is, ads only bring traffic, but your listing converts it into sales. If your listing is weak, every rupee you spend on ads goes straight to waste. If your title isn't optimized, bullet points aren't convincing, or backend keywords are missing — customers will visit and leave instantly....
Hey Reader, If you're still making these 3 mistakes, stop dreaming about scaling your business! No one can save your business from collapsing if you keep repeating them. If I had to start an Amazon business from scratch and grow it to 100 crore in annual returns fast, I would definitely avoid these 3 mistakes. 1. First, never deal in petty products from the very beginning Low-ticket, low-margin, and high-competition products are a complete waste of time. You'll spend months working hard only...
Hey Reader, Importing from China can completely mess up your life. Most people think finding a cheap importer means everything is sorted—but that's where their problems begin. Only work with importers who guarantee these 3 things: 1. Access to live photos and videos during production Catalogs always look perfect, but the real product can be totally different. Demand live factory videos showing your actual order being produced and packed. Photos can be old stock or someone else's products....
