Hey Reader, I get this question all the time: "Why aren't you expanding beyond Amazon when other marketplaces offer huge opportunities too?" I agree the opportunities exist. But here's my reality - I've barely scratched 5% of Amazon's surface. How can I divide my focus so early? This may sound boring, but it's the truth. Amazon's market is massive, particularly with high-ticket products where only a few serious sellers exist with genuine demand. Instead of spreading myself thin across multiple platforms, I'm scaling globally on Amazon with full force. And you should consider doing the same if you want to build a big business. Here's why Amazon-first makes sense: The learning curve is steep enough on one platform. Mastering Amazon's algorithm, PPC, inventory management, and global expansion takes good time. Adding Flipkart, Meesho, or international marketplaces means starting from zero on each platform. Different rules, different algorithms, different customer behaviors. Your attention gets divided. Your results get mediocre across all platforms instead of dominant on one. Amazon's global reach means infinite scalability. Once you crack the system in India, you can replicate in US, UK, Germany, Japan, UAE, etc using the same framework. Building a brand seems fancy seeing so many startups around. But if you want profitable business from day one, Amazon is the way. Other marketplaces require brand building, customer acquisition, and marketing budgets before seeing returns. Amazon gives you immediate access to ready-to-buy customers without upfront brand investment. Master one platform completely before jumping to the next. Depth beats width in business building. When I've fully maximized Amazon's potential, then I'll consider other platforms. But that day is still years away. See you then. Happy building! Hey Reader, Are you burning money on Amazon ads? It's because most sellers jump straight into PPC without building a foundation. Running ads on weak foundations is like building a house on sand. No matter how much you spend, it will collapse. Here's the right approach: 1. Define your target audience Know exactly who they are, how they shop, and their buying journey. Are they price-conscious buyers or quality-focused customers? Do they research extensively or make quick decisions?...
Hey Reader, Why is your product failing on Amazon? You can watch this training video as well to get an answer: WATCH HERE You're ignoring these 4 hidden reasons that most people don't know. Everyone thinks good product is enough but you're missing these 4 things that silently cause failure: First - Creating weak product listings If titles, descriptions, and images aren't optimized, you get fewer clicks and low conversions. The foundation itself is weak. Your listing is your storefront. Poor...
Hey Reader, The 3 biggest myths Amazon sellers believe (and why they'll make you fail): 1. "Just sell what others are selling" Wrong. If copying worked, every second person would be successful on Amazon. When you sell the same products as 500 other sellers, you enter a brutal price war where nobody wins. Everyone cuts prices to survive, margins disappear, and customers have no reason to choose you specifically. Amazon rewards unique value, not copy-paste strategies. The platform runs on data...
